Due to the instant-access nature of digital goods, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered.

Services (Consulting, Coaching, Business Plans)

For consulting, coaching, and custom business plan development services:

• Breakthrough Sessions & Coaching Sessions: Payment is due at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule, we require 24 hours' notice. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
• Custom Business Plans & Marketing Strategies: A 50% deposit is required to begin work. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final product.
• Retainer Services: Monthly retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the billing period. Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice.

Exceptions
